Return & Refund Policy

At Drova, your satisfaction is important to us. We want to ensure that your shopping experience is smooth and worry-free. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items based on change of mind, wrong size selection (if the correct size was delivered), or delay due to shipping partner issues.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at support@drova.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will guide you through the return process.

3. Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned item:

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • You will be notified by email once the refund has been processed.

Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was incorrect or defective.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

  • Gift cards or downloadable products

  • Any item not in its original condition or missing parts

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take time before your refund is officially posted).

  3. Contact your bank (there is often a processing delay).
